@gomobilenow1114 That's fine to hit him to stop him from getting away but at 0:55 when the guy cop has him pinned on his back and he has his hand up she still hits him several times over. That is excessive force. At that moment in time what she should have done was go for his hands to cuff him. Not to mention you can hear back up cops in the background. Hitting him more when he was pinned and back up down the street wasn't necessary.
