  • Great car for a police chase is a micra I remember from when I used 2 rob cars

  • @ScottishPoliceVideos

the problem with that and the reason for the law is this:

by the time u stop and wait to see warrant card anyone could have stopped u and be about to mug u, this is why it is the law hat police MUST ber clearly identifyable by the driver to be stopped whilst car is in motin.

I studied a case at college where CID had tried to stop a taxi with criminal in it by flashing warrant cards out of an unmarked car window, it did not stop and did NOT break the law.

  • @tpvalley Of course. All you do is lock the doors, ask for a warrant card once stopped through the window and bob is your uncle as they say!

  • @ScottishPoliceVideos

u can't see a warrant card from inside a car!

Its to protect folk from fake police and his uniform is obscured, in an unmarked car.

I would stop.... and the thieves should be birched just to clarify I'm not anti traffic police, save cash on prisons, maybe invent a pain machine that causes no harm, a year of pain in 5 seconds, etc

  • @tpvalley Not true.

  • @tpvalley Yep, and according to the high court, the protective vest like the one in the video, counts as uniform. I may add, people can request an officers warrant card.

  • @patton223

yes but in USA u get a gun pointed at u and u get abused, by PUBLIC SERVANTS who think they are the law and jail folk for life for nothing- sick.

  • @tpvalley

yup only a policeman in uniform may stop a car,

CID MUST call a traffic car etc

  • @ScottishPoliceVideos

"only a policeman in UNIFORM may attemp to stop a vehicle", even unmarked cars are potentially illegal if u cant see the driver.

  • @tpvalley What's illegal on the part of the police?
