It's not camping. LMGs are point defense weps, meant to deny the enemy a certain portion of the map, and also provide some anti-air support (best with Stinger). With a certain loadout, it is POSSIBLE to rush using the PKP--and it's Fun to do so--but that's not "natural" for any LMG.
