Feed The Dogs

Every night, it's the same old thing
I'm being asked to choose
Between the woman who wears my ring
And the dog that eats my shoes
You might think it's an easy choice
But here's the living proof
Each time I go out with the boys
There's a storm beneath my roof

Wash the dishes
Tune the fishes
And before you walk out that door
Feed those snarling, mangy good-for-nothing dogs.
You think I'm gonna touch those monsters? You're crazy!

I've tried to get along with her
Since the day we said "I do"
But I believe our troubles started
The first time she cleaned up poo
To add insult to injury
They sleep with us at night
And since she tasted doggie spit
We've done nothing but fight

Wash the dishes

Feed those drooling, flatulent, butt-sniffing hounds.
I don't know why I let you keep those mutts around. They're nothing but trouble!

I have to run and hide
Or she'll put a collar 'round my neck
And take me for a ride

"You're in the dog house" means
I'm sleeping outside in a tent

We tossed her out the front door
