This video was made (by John Bentham of Jettisound) to promote Action Pact's 'Survival of the Fattest' album, their second (available on CD together with 'Mercury Theatre On The Air'' on Captain Oi Records).
Although Dr. Phibes stopped playing bass with Action Pact after the first album, he continued to contribute lyrics. This track is about the character from 'The Godfather':

which gave the band a great excuse to dress up for the video.
Dr. Phibes initial temporary replacement on bass was their producer, the late Phil Langham (as Elvin Pelvin), also of The Dark and subsequently Anagram Records.
