135mph sounds good. The dyno must read low or something. But the ball bearing turbo VS the Journal bearing one wont spool up but just a few 100 rpms faster. Look forward to seeing more vids of the car. Once the guy learns how to launch it on the setup it has now it should be a super low 11 to high ten second car!
it was tuned at Sound Performance in chicago. i am sure their dyno is right where it should be. although now that i type this i am remembering that we had a turbonetics turbo on the car abd then switched to a different turbo for these videos. so hp numbers may be skewed a little bit??? but plenty of videos to come in the spring with it running a better setup. numbers right now put it into the mid 9's. so we will see.
LOL dont get all sensitive and shit! Heres my "dumbass" comment. A Stock SR20 with some S4 cams and a 2871r at 20lbs with an external wastegate will hit 400whp. This setup at 20lbs on a 35r should be over 440whp...closer to 460-475 ish if it has cams. Judging from the fact that its "built" Ill assume it has cams.
the engine has been fully built, sleeved block, carrillo rods, je pistons, cosworth headgasket, hks cams and gears, double springs, titanium retainers, 1600cc injectors, aeromotive a1000 fuel pump and system, greddy intake, so on and so forth. car ran low 12's at around 135mph. issue was the turbo was a journal bearing turbo and couldnt build the boost out of the hole on the 2 step at 6500. car is being switched to a ball bearing turbo, solid lifters to run higher r's, and alcohol.

440who at 20psi? Somethings wrong with the setup then. Either that or he has no cams.
