Happy cockatiel making sound effects

This is my cockatiel Charlie. He has been sick for some time, but is finally healthy. This was his reaction when he was able to come out of the cage again and take flight :)

I wonder if the mutation has something to do with their behaviour. I used to have a lutino girl and she was quite tender, but the white face boy i have it's not that sweet... haha, well they're different genres as well XD but i have met another lutino -this time a boy- and he was kind... it's curious.
