RX07 HJO Aggressive Driver

I got a profuse and sincere letter of apology from the company, saying that the driver expressed considerable remorse. I'm pretty happy with that, it reflects very highly on the company.

They did also ask me to remove the video, but on consideration I've left the video up. It's now a testament to the company's professional policy, and an example of successful campaigning. What I have done though, is remove the company's name from the title, description and tags.

This driver overtakes me aggressively, approaching from behind with such speed that I feel forced to dive left out of his way. Such a stupid and pointless overtake too, given that it's only 50 yards to the back of the queue.

His first words on my AirZound: "You Prick". What? I hadn't even done anything. Much ffing and blinding from the driver, including him trying to tell me it's OK to run me over because I wasn't in the bike lane. I've got news for you from the Highway Code:

Rule 63
"Use of cycle lanes is not compulsory and will depend on your experience and skills"

In this case at 25mph and with some very bumpy surfaces, I feel fully justified in not using it. I know, I should have taken up the entire lane to prevent the unnecessary overtake, but that doesn't excuse Mr Toad in the truck.
