@KingofThing Are you?
-
@DreddWolff Are you going to quote any actual awards or sales figures?
-
@KingofThing You're obviously not up to date on the local/international rock scene are you?
-
@DreddWolff It is pretty bland, uninspired music, and selling a few records in Australia doesn't count as international recognition because New Zealand's sales pool is smaller than the greater Los Angeles area. You're basically saying somebody in the next town over bought your CD.

BELOW.. tbh you got no idea. They're fucking epic LIVE. Unlike most bands these days which have been enhanced to sound even half decent. Im a KIWI and if they were australian i'd still be repping cause they're pure talent. SO YOU CAN STICK YOUR COMMENT! :)
Peace

Maybe not mediocre, the production is good, I can see what they were trying to do. Better words might have been; generic, uninspiring, soulless, and thanks to over-excited kiwis, over-rated.
Just listened to 4 or five songs, felt like 20 minutes of the same song.
There might be a hit somewhere in the future, but at the moment I cant say I feel it. 100% sure though, if this was an Aussie band, you guys wouldn't be heaping on the praise.
No, I couldn't DO better. I HAVE listened to many better.

@KingofThing This isn't mediocre, and they aren't a local band, they are internationally recognised. So yeah...
-
anyone from Dunedin would know its clearly MONKEY BAR haha

Watching other New Zealanders fawn over mediocre local bands is like watching a kid wiping his own ass for the first time, and then strutting around like the toilet paper came out encrusted with gold leaf.
Better than dubstep!!!!
