@observer9670 -actually from 1991-1993 it was played 3 striaght years in a dome stadium. 1991 was the Hoosier Dome, 92 was in Minneapolis at the Metrodome and 1993 was in the Superdome .

@bgiles26 Since 1997, the Final Four has always been played in a dome. From 1982-96 the Final Four alternated between a dome and a basketball arena. The 1996 FF at the Meadowlands Arena in New Jersey was the last Final Four played in an actual basketball arena.

1) The NCAA will never, never, never, never have Lexington, KY host another Final Four or any out of the way city host it.

I remember going outside when Memphis and Nova played in final four...cause even in my youth I knew the Tigers weren't playing real ball at the time.I was right.Dana Kirk pulled the plug and Nova ran off with our trophy.
