Part 1 of Episode 5 documenting my 5th Nutrient IV Therapy Treatment at San Francisco Natural Medicine with Dr. Erika Horowitz. In this 2 part episode you will find: rooftop reflections, my fabulous fashionista doctor, post iv thoughts and feelings, avocado power and the compassion of Christ within me after being involved in a minor car accident. Today I was heavily spiritually aware. God also blessed me with strength to go to my Christian fellowship/study group this evening! Today was very good.

It's okay my love. No one is perfect nor do I expect anyone to be. I just ask you respect not telling me about supporting animal abuse, including special sea creatures, for murder and consumption. It upsets me deeply and I do not want to hear about it. I know you have an understanding heart and will respect this. Thank you.

How DO you do it. ? Stay so positive. I think your disease has made you a better person yet I so wish you were well !

B12 injections do taste icky. I have to get iron infusion and the metallic taste is horrid for days but the results are worth it!

They are very worth it. B12 comes to taste when you have higher levels in your blood so be glad when you can taste it, it validates whatever you are doing is working. How do I stay so positive? Well, I'm not always so positive but when I am remaning present and positive I am remaining in my walk with God and I am gifted in return with the most positive present ever - the peace of Jesus.

that avocado is beautiful! actually i love avocado smoothies blended with fruit. you are always beautiful no matter what color your skin turns, so long as you're still healthy and safe. i personally was worried cause when people get yellow skin it can be the liver, but i know you take good enough care of yourself and your doctor does as well that if something was wrong you would have told us. congratulations on coming this far, Johnny!

Thanks dear. YELLOW is something to be worried about, orange isn't much of a worry and just an indication of beta carotene present in the body. This happens when I drink a lot of fresh carrot juice. Yellow, jaundice, etc. I am far from yellow. Smile. Thank you for the love and concern dear!

I love how you notice all the small things, like your doctor's outfit/ the flamingo picture. It shows that you have a wonderful personality, you don't take the small things for granted, you notice the beauty in everything!

I love your rooftop reflection! It's the same way with life, it can be so chaotic and it can get to you if you let it, but when you look at it from a Christian/positive perspective you can see it totally different. That life is worth it, life can be good, we can make it!
