  • I have always added abt few drops of oil b4 stuffin d veggie in d disc.....dis way my parathas r always fully blown like ballon....cx of d steam inside d aatta is surely cooked n it adds layers to d paratha...

  • @lapambo : The one that it's rolled on is called "chakla" and the skillet it's cooked on is called "tawa" :)

    They chakla is available is a lot of the bigger Indian grocery stores or online.
