those arent bottlrnose dolphins those are long snouted spinner dolphins and pantropical spotted dolphins

Well, the trainer, the exibit signs, and the pamplets, all said bottlenose.

for some reason just got the memo about your comment, so sorry for the very, very late reply! I didn't actually work with Moonshine or Harley, I was with the research department. I did know some people who worked in Animal Care and they did say she was a little princess with an attitude....

Actually i was just there 2 days ago and they are Harley Dolphins.

They put Harley in with Moonshine because as far as we know there are no other spinners in captivity.  Lets just hope we don't get spotted spinners out of it. :)

@whitesideddolphin Aw, you got to see Harley! I worked with her when she first stranded. I'm so happy to see her doing well. Was she as much a pain in the butt to work with there. She was such a diva.

Shamudream is right, Harley is a female long snouted spinner dolphin, Moonshine a male pantropical spotted dolphins. I did an internship at Mote and at least at that time ( about 2 months ago for the previous 3 months)the signs did say that. A lot of the people talking to visitors are volunteers though, not trainers, and although they always seemed to supply the right info when I was there, someone might have made a mistake there.
