  • So everyone one should basically shut up and stop wining about it being inhumane. Clipping their feathers doesn't hurt them. So know what your talking about before you say stupid comments its annoying when people "act" like they know how an animal feels which we'll never know because YOU are not in touch and lost your bond with nature. So just stop being ignorant and blaming this lady because shes not doing anything wrong

  • @Kathiparadies Children's legs don't grow back. A better analogy would be, would you clip your childrens long fingernails so they couldn't scratch themselves?

  • thanks for the video. it is much clear than other clipping videos

  • I had to laugh when you said they dont bite hard enough to cause blood. I have one and its like a pit bull terrier, once its got a grip of you it doesn't let go! And yes it does hurt but I wouldn't part with her for anything. The odd thing is that its only me that it bites! It loves the other members in my family!

  • Whats the right size cage for parakeets?...

  • you people make some stupid comments clipping your birds wings is not inhumane but it better for you and your birds safety

  • Everybody who things that clipping is ok ..... please watch the channel here on YT from "BirdTricks" and here what she says about clipping in her video: "Wing Clipping Parrots"

  • Please, watch the videos of my budgis!! They have a room only for themselfs which is safe for birds to fly in.

If you clip wings of birds its the same like a person who has to live his life in a wheelchair!! Can YOU imagine that you can only walk slowly and are not able to run ...to run fast ??? Would YOU like to live such a way??

Everything which has wings are born to FLY !!!! Don't keep birds if you will not let them fly at your home!!!!!

  • @linnieworld hy linniworld!! I am shocked from this video!!! I am also of your oppinion, that one should only keeps birds - and NOT!!! only one bird !! , at least two of them !!! - if he can keep them under such conditions that the bird can fly. This is not such a big problem!! Clip wings is the same as you cut the legs of a dog just a bit if you don't like that he runns to fast.

  • @LeChouDamour

Please excuse, I don't want to jugde anyone. But if someone is not able to keep a bird WITHOUT mutilating ... someone should never keep a bird.

  • @linnieworld Ok, then let me ask you a question. Why is it that when I didn't clip my bird's wings and let them sit on the cage without a top they ended up dying from flying into doors? My current birds are happy, safe, and healthy. I'm not risking them dying too just because I'm ignorant enough to think clipping their wings hurts them. If you don't want to clip your birds' wings, all power to you. But don't judge others when it doesn't hurt the birds~
