@northstar1984 , really? I change them just because I don't like my hands feeling dirty under gloves, but I dunno about everyone else. We get screamed at if we don't use our gloves.

@Lovelyontheskin Gloves harbour bacteria as well, unless you will be changing them as regularly as you should be washing your hands, I did my apprenticeship in a michelin star kitchen and from experience of other kitchens everyone uses clean hands. good luck with your studies :)

Too much salt! Also I use salad tongs even if I prepare for myself - good habit.

I don't know why he uses hands instead of a fork and a spoon....I don't put my hands into the salad when I prepare my panzanella...and  the real panzanella is without pepper,olive and garlic...I'm from Tuscany,the country of panzanella....

@kitanzi Cucumber is not really a nice fruit...and i don't like eating peppers, but i like their flavour! i make the peppers big n chunky so you can pick them out....do you like garden peas? i don't like any sort of peas or beans...baked beans are ok!

How strange are your tastes?? i got some weird tastes!
