Both.
C-tracks makes good electrical connections - and they are easy to work with.
K-tracks are more beautiful, and more flexible.

I was using Märklins CentralStation 1 at the time of the recording. My BigBoy uses the old Motorola-format from Märklin.

Strooooooong reliable German perfectionism ... unstoppable. ;-)
The Big Boy was not even stressed, didn't slip or anything. It behaved just as it does with a couple of cars on.
The reason I had to run it dead slow was that the weight of the cars would pull the train (not the locomotive) over the curves.
Someday, I'll make a new test on a track layed on a floor, where I can get large curves and straight lines. I guess the Big Boy will pull 200 or 300 cars without problems.
