What an absolutely astonishing film. we just finished watching it in a high school class of mine. Everyone was crying. So emotional and so powerful, the symbolism is overwhelming. I wish everyone in America (my country) knew about this movie and not the garbage Hollywood throws at us. It definitely deserves more praise and more than the 7.9 rating IMDB dubbed it with.

Didn't know this movie was seen by people all around the world. I hope some realize that this is not just a movie, but for us (the Kurds) this was our way of life. Fortunately Kurdistan is doing much beter these days.

@azadmadrid Yo pienso que es más bien una metafora, hablando de las torgutas como los niños incapacitados de sus manos etc... y "también vuelan" hace referencia a todo lo que logran durante el transcurso del film.
