Senjou no Valkyria 3 Tagatame no Juusou Ova Episode 2 (Raw)

Also known as "Dare ga Tame no Juyu" an Anime adaptation based off the PSP game from Sega which follows Kurt Irvings story. Keep in mind that the OVA is past half way in to the story so it would be better to play the game then watch the OVA after.

In a nutshell the story follows Kurt Irving who was falsely accused of treason and was placed into Squad 422 the 'Nameless." (it's purpose is taking care of Gallia's dirty work) He wants to get out of there and rejoin his original battilion. One of the other Nameless named Imca (the one with the canon sword) was found by the Nameless (before Kurts enlistment) and joins them in hopes of finding revenge against the Valkyria for destroying her village. Another Nameless named Reila (the one with the red hair) was expelled to the Nameless due to being the only survivor when her squad was killed and was deemed a "death goddess" Due to some recent events Kurt and Squad 422 find themselves being persued by the Gallian Army themselves and is labeled as traitors and deserters. Which then it goes right into the OVA. This is their story...

@MrDeath808 There is one mission in the game where you get to play with the members of Squad 7 along with the Edelweiss and the Nameless, only without their tank. Other than that, as extra content, there is another mission where you play with Squad 7, and if you grab DLC, there are a bit more.

@MrDeath808 It happens in the game's storyline, actually. They fight an Imperial Darcsen squad together, and that's why they recognized Isara at the end of the first OVA. 3's "Unrecorded Chronicles" tag line helps hand wave its exclusion from Ellet's book. (Also in the game Mulberry has already happened when the OVA started, so :/)
