I'm referring to the fact that they helped them up and moved them. They want to clear their conscience in knowing they walked away. But in a case where you get hit like that, you are never supposed to move the person at all. Let the paramedics check them out and let the doctors clear them to go home. When you get hit like that adrenaline is kicking in high so you don't feel pain. Many people died after serious a couple hours later because they thought they were ok. That's a huuuuuuge No-no.
