@tuffydeuce Yup, if it makes 'sense' then folks will go with anything.

Doctors almost immediately subscribe meds, even before they have a concrete diagnosis. As far as sickle-cell anemia, even I am aware of this being more prevelant in blacks (I'm white with no medical background). It is diagnosed by a simple blood test. I think you really have to be proactive about your health care. I always research everything in regards to my own since you can't rely on medical professionals to be thourough or accurate.

Health is not solely an individual's responsibility. Disease knows few boundaries, and does not respect race or class. Water, for example, can carry disease or bring health, depending on community with decisions and regulations! It's the American way to blame the individual but this just does not respect our ability to promote greater health by working together= synergy!

Western healthcare labels everything out of the norm as a disease, if one doesn't fit their standards than there a diseased person.
This is wrong, but this is how the west healthcare industry operates.
I'm glad that you figure out the truth and that you have natural immunity to malaria, I hope somewhere in my genes, I have immunity to it as well!
Also no wonder you're in India! I heard of Americans getting malaria bad there.
But you can bypass it.

But remember, our healthcare system regards pregnancy as an illness and treats childbirth like curing a disease, including plenty of meds, etc.
