You're partially right. The voice actor of Ed (Matt Hill) voiced Kira Double D's voice actor (Samuel Vincent) voiced Athrun. Though you were wrong about Shinn's voice actor. Who didn't voice any of the Eds.

Though Eddy's voice actor (Tony Sampson) did do a voice in the original Seed series. He voiced a ZAFT pilot called Miguel, who was a friend of Athrun's. He was the first ever person Kira killed.
