SS MUGEN All-Stars Ep.15 - Zero vs. Worms

In Watch Mode i selected Zero vs. 4 worms. After Versus Screen, before the appearing writting "ROUND 1" i pushed Ctrl and 1 button to play as Zero.
Zero is from Megaman series.
Zero is easy to play in MUGEN.
Is he a cheap character?
Zero will by my new member of my MUGEN team.
