What kind of sea salt or brand would you recommend rinsing your mouth out with and would you recommend brushing your teeth with 'oil of oregano'?

I had the base of my teeth, near the gums, filled. I eat Doug Graham's 80/10/10 raw vegan diet, and I have no problems. I use tooth soap. I went to the dentist this year for a cleaning and examination, and my teeth have no problems.

I've been raw for over a year and already eat a ton of greens, and all of a sudden noticed changes in my teeth (discoloration and sensitivity). What else can I do to add more minerals?

hiya thanks :)
I have been taking MSM with good results: softer, smoother skin, I think the flab will be less of an issue as time goes by

I started the raw vegan diet two weeks ago after coming from a vegan diet. I started to develop sensitive teeth when brushing my lower left molars. I'm concerned about it. I brush my teeth a lot and have been eating a lot of vegetables, fruits, seeds, and grains (a type of seed). In nine years of being vegan, I didn't have this problem, so this is strange. I have been using a lot of mouthwash to try to disinfect my mouth. Luckily, it only hurts when brushing, not at any other time.

Look up MSM, but make sure you get one that's good quality.
