Layout Update - Painting/ Balasting Track (4-29-10)

Well its been a while but ive finially got an update for you guys. Ive been working on my B32-8 and SD35 and theyre looking good. Ime still waiting for the order of all my scenery stuff to get in. Once it does ill be making progress alot quicker. Thanks for watching!

@conrailgp15 Thanks for posting that on here. I've heard some old timers talk about that tip, but I never could remember the ratio of water to mix in with it. The fine material that's used for ballasting n scale track runs off so easily even after being sprayed with soap & water mix.

Well, I think Southern Railway had some SD35 High hoods, so you could say it was a repaint after the merger or something. :)

before you cement the ballast take 70% insopropyl alcohol and soak the ballest good get a old glue bottle to use . any questions send me a message. I have some good tip to help you out that i learned form old school modelers.
