@jameioletta the republicans would be stupid to nominate Sarah Palin in 2012. She's unelectable. Obama would easily defeat her in the general election. If the republicans want to just give Obama a second term as president, then by all means, put Sarah Palin up against him. She can't win.

Me thinks Alaska's write in law is baloney. Everyone campaigns on "the will of the people", yet if someone misspells Murkowski's name it's disqualified? What about "the will of the people?" How can you discount INTENT, just like when the counted bent chads for George Bush in Florida? You can't even bring in a piece of paper that has her name spelled correctly, yet flyers, buttons, etc;, are shoved into your hands with GOP or DEM names CLEARLY in sight! One more way to keep a third party out!

Sounds like a well spoken woman, she makes good sense. Even if Lisa loses, she did a good thing standing up to the dirty politics of Palin who is only trying to get herself the nomination. Palin is flexing her muscles and no one should role over and play dead for Palin.
