This is typical of the kind of stamps that stamp dealers do not sell because these stamps are generally very cheap and the stamp dealers don't know how to monetize them.
However there is a lot of money to be made from them... even if you don't know anything about stamps and philately ... especially if you don't anything about stamp and philately.

Wow....when the USPS can't even make money to the point where they are proposing Letter Carriers being axed, closing Post Offices and cutting a delivery day, not to mention rising Postage Rates continuously, they keep wasting money on their Commercials and other Advertising Sponsorships..totally wasteful!
