Of course it hates you if you stress it out like that! Learn how to properly approach a baby. You need to desensitize it, not traumatize it.

no it will in 1 or 2 years it will bo over 3 ft long my iguana was 2 and was only about 2ft long. feed him apples,lettus. he might eat tomatos

You need to feed your iggy more, he looks really skinny! Besides that, that kinda behavior is normal, don't worry. They grow out of it, but you need to give it alot of attention OUTSIDE it's cage. You need to learn him to trust you fully. My iggy tailwhipped me and has bitten me a few times in the beginning when I tried to pick it up, but she got used to me after a few weeks of intensive physical contact. After that, she was the sweetest iggy a person could have.
