Here I specially was more packed to pass these 75м without fins, it is final more slowly because of that that the body has positive buoyancy (but reflected was to stretch time in dynamics). Thus I tried to weaken absolutely muscles during sliding.
Здесь я специально больше паковался чтоб проходить эти 75м без труда, конечно это медленней из-за того что тело имеет положительную плавучесть (но задумка была именно растянуть время в динамике).
При этом я старался совершенно расслаблять мышцы во время скольжения

Close a mouth
Exhale in a mouth, having inflated cheeks
Compress cheeks and push air back in lungs
Repeat 1-3 while you cannot fill a cheek with ease and "push" air back into lungs
Find a straw for a cocktail
Take it in a mouth
Involve air through a straw
Inhale through a straw
Feel a difference between a breath through a straw and всасыванием through it of air ...

Wow your awesome. I've been training and only can hold my breath for 2:38. How do you gulp in extra air before you go down?
