TV2/ Nyheder 16.juni 09: Denmark censoring the artist Mahmoud Alibadi

"Danmark?" is the name of artist Mahmoud Alibadis work that was scheduled to be exhibited at the Frederiksberg municipality integrationsdag at city hall in the 13th June 2009.
Alibadi, was not allowed to exhibit the work, as it would 'destroy the good atmosphere at the exhibition', according to Deputy Mayor and CEO secretary of the Integration Council Bjoern Thomsen. Instead exhibited Alibadi station outside the town hall.
The artwork depicts the Danish People's Party leader Pia Kjaersgaard and the Unity List Asmaa Abdol-Hamid, who has changed face.
Between the two politicians is a danish flag has been branded with a question mark in the middle.
The banner is located under a white paper with the word "Danmark?" And a text stating: 'In order to enrich a world where people can live peacefully, it requires that we see each other even though we are different.
