mine is managed with chiropractor and use to be ibuprofen.

He is on so many different tablets but they only work for a short while he's had arthritis for over 10 years. If I'm honest and this might sound horrible but he made it get bad quick by not eating right and trying to exercise. He has kind of given in. then next time I'm over I'll have look at his tablets and let you know. xxxx

i know! grits are yummiful. i can tolerate waffle house grits.. but that was MONTHS ago. might not be the same now. i'm kinda scared to try it.
