He isn't op, just very good. Last time he got buffed and then riot nerfed him a little bit(i dont know if i can call it nerf). Anyway, he is a good champ, i bought him a few days ago and I must say that. U have to play him very defensive in early game due to cooldowns and low dmg, but then he own. Ppl dont know how to play him, he IS NOT another combo ap carry like brand, ziggs or whatever. And THIS makes him unique.

@TheTilenc well vlad is getting nerfed in patch just because players like you " I've been playing Vladimir a lot when he was free" lol? :D is that makes you be a hardcore vlad player or what? vlad is nerfed to the ground at least 8 times already if im right....almost every ap carry stronger than him soon....and they still keep nerfing vlad coz of players like you who says vlad still op :D
