This exercise is a variation on the normal burpee.
If you are still getting to grips with burpees then I recomend that you concentrate on them before moving onto this exercise.
For this exericse you will need a set of dumbells. Begin the exercise in a squat position with hands on the dumbell in front of you. Kick out your feet so that you are in the press up position. Carry out a press up and on your return to upright position pull your legs back to the start position. Raise from here into standing position pressing the dumbells above your head.
