The ICCD Clubhouse I attended exhibited favouritism, they offered me TE jobs and overseas trips then withdrew them without telling me. One time they got someone to drop me off at hospital to be assessed and failed to follow up or notify my next of kin. The social outings caused me a lot of anxiety as nobody was friendly and we often got lost, or lost someone. Instead of doing meaningful work, I sat staring at the wall waiting to ask for something to do. Eventually I gave up. Not welcome.
