What does that phrase in a different language mean when he's talking about the comedy in Casanova and Doctor Who at 4:28? It sounds like it would mean joy of life...

Tennant looks like a totally different person without his sideburns! Well the wide-eyes staring around look is very 'Doctor-Tennant'...but he still looks so strange.
