  • I was this evening of visit in Seivane's workshop, conversing like it is our custom there. Yesterday in the night I they sent your video and told me Álvaro Seivane that he has liked it very much. It is the whole surprise hear the " Muiñeira do Chao " interpreted in Great Highland. A nice detail for your part. When we spoke about the tune that you dedicated to me he smile, also he like it so much too.

I send a great greeting of his report, Dan!.

  • Alvaro Seivane has enjoyed my video?? That's quite an honor for me! Thankyou for showing

it to the Seivanes, Gil. " Muiñeira do Chao "

is such a popular tune in Spain that it seemed

a natural and respectable choice to lead my tune named after you.

    Great Video!

    Great sound on this place!

    Very well played Laddie!!!!!

    Best regards from Germany

  • Hi Andreas,

Vielen dank fur ihre schonen worter:-)

I also like how your pipes are sounding

in the places you record. The ticket to good

recording accoustics for the highland bagpipes is large

    spaces with hard surfaces.

  • @yondlisch Hi there.

    Muiñeiras are not Jigs :-)

The swing is different. But it is interesting to notice that you are not much off in your playing. I'm guessing you heard a lot of muiñeiras by now! :-)

    Cheers.

  • His Channel is very advisable, sure that you find more than than one video of your taste as well as also someone in which he is playing the Galician Bagpipe dressed in the traditional suit.

    A great greeting!.

  • Hello, Dan!. In the low commentary, a friend, "rafitrompeta", musical and virtuous Galician piper, also participant in contests of Galician Bagpipe, lover of the classic music and the traditional Galician music, describes his surprise wire brush for your interpretation of these two tunes and congratulates you on your work.

Unha aperta.

  • ¡Grazas a ti, José!.

    ¡Unha grande aperta!.

    ¡Unha aperta!.
