I am not trying to be rude or anything but most of these girls don't even have a solid cast handstand they are no way ready to learn these they are gonna end up getting hurt or they are going to learn bad habits so I suggest that they maybe compete level 8 before they learn this cause there is no way they are higher than a 7 (except gor the last one)

And i agree they do have a bunch of bad habits, flexed feet, legs apart, and pike arch positions.. and their heads are out often.. not trying to be mean.. just trying to help <333~!

I agree with gymnast216.. I'm not being rude either but these girls are getting chucked through skills. Its not going to get them anywhere (well maybe it will) but they won't know how it feels to do it on their own. Thats why when the girl in the green did it with a huge spot, caught.. and then you moved that big spotting block, she completley changed. Im 13, a level 10 and i do giengers so don't say i don't know what im talking about lol~!
