Your idea sound like a really clever way to to make number of robberies go down. I does. But we dont live in dictature contries, we have human rights, and yes I do believe in human rights.

Stealing something shouldnt be something to get a death penalty for. But I also feel people protecting oneself FROM GETTING KILLED by shooting are right too.

what I'm talking about is more the morally right rode to take than what law should expect of us. Its hard to judge have you done everything you could do. And there are also those people in our sosciety who feel that robbers deserve punishment from them and dont consider other options than harming or killing them, cant say I as a human cant understand them even thought I dont feel that way.

I agree with the opinion of taking action against robbers, but the action should never be to kill if other rodes, like leaving the house as funny as it may sound, can be taken to protect oneself and ones family.

@gfreakj ...to enter someones home without permission they are taking a risk. They are accepting that they might end up dead. That is the criminals choice. They can avoid injury or death by not breaking the law in the first place.
