try to suggest f-16's or dassault rafale... there were good multi-role aircrafts... 2-5 squadrons of f-16s can definitely defend the mother land against any intruder...
and for the navy, try to get the cyclone class destroyers... pagpahingahin nyo na si humabon... cutter class just like what you bought is not enough to play the role of a destroyer in terms of firepower... atleast 5-10 cyclone class, equipped with harpoon missles with aegis battle system will do the job..
