I dont know about every one else who has, but i owned both a 3rd gen 3sge and a 20v BT 4age and to be honest in a straigh line race the 20v 4age wins but only be a hairs length plus theres the driver factor and (god i hate the way this sounds) skill factor *pushes up glasses cus i'm a great big nerd* but in the corner the celica wins hands down. my celica with all the odds and ends (electric seats, A/C, sunroof etc) was around 1675kg

on the scales at the dump ( only place i knew had scales big enough and my ae111 with BT without the same level of knobs and knockers! (lack of electric seat, no 4ws etc) is only around the 1150kg mark and i feel that extra weight (plus the 4ws and tems suspension) helps alot holding the car to the road better. The AE111 just doesn't have the footprint i guess to tack the traction. But hey IMO i owned both and thats what i say.

@mostwanteddirkyboy heaps of factors driver tires fuel weight just 2 name a few hp is nothing if it dont hook traction a well set up car always has a good chance

there is no way the 20v will beat the beams.. unless the beams aint running right. iv done the same race but in a 3rd gen 3sge 175bhp and it smokes all the 20v 4age.. black top and silver top... even better the 4a-gze... supercharged. so i expect the beams to smoke em anytime.....
