  • Each string has a second string that runs right beside it. The larger string is tuned normally and the smaller string next to it is tuned one octave higher. Chords are played the same as a standard six string except you are pressing down on two strings instead of one. Takes a little getting used to but once you get the hang of it it's not much different than a six string. Bar chords can be difficult though. Thanks for watching and for your comment and I hope I've answered your question.

  • bro really really tremendous. just curious to know, if the12 string guitar, are the chords different? But it seems you are holding the chords same as the 6 string guitar. thanks God bless U.

  • G, D, Em, C and back to G.

  • Can you tell me what chords are used? thanks

  • It's a Dean JC-QM-12-TGE Jumbo Cutaway Acoustic-Electric 12-String Guitar. The TGE stands for Tiger's Eye, Thats the finish on the guitar. It's beautiful. Got it at Guitar Center a little over a year ago on sale for about $420.00. Normal price at that time was $499.00

  • what kind of 12 string is that? (brand)
