Anyone who works for BT deserves to be verbaly abused, although this call must be very old as the call centre dude had an english accent, and that hasnt happened at Bt for a long time, all the staff now work in outer mongolia. @EZASUPonONE People who work in call centres know what their doing, invading people's privacy, wasting their time and pissing them off. It's a crappy no skills job that pays nothing, and the person receiving the call never gets anything out of it - when people want to opt out you should let them.
