Zebra Finch Pair Taking a Bath (You gotta see this!)

ever since i first saw a finch at petsmart i fell in love with them. i'm leaving for college soon so i have to wait till i get my own apartment, but i know that some day i will definitely get them. they are so cute and awesome.

at one point i went from 2 zebra finches to 9... it was so loud and crouded in the cage... we had to give some away

Watching this video made me cry. I had my zebra finches die about 3 months ago. They where 4 years old, I miss them so much. Finches LOVE baths. They take one everytime you clean the water. Thanks for the video. Maybe i'll buy some more finches.

ok so i just got some finches and i wanted to know how long intill the baby finches will hatch if you know cause i dont know if the eggs r good or not

if the the parents sit on the eggs patiently - most of the time there must be one sitting in the nest - the babies will hatch after 11-13 days. So if you see them sitting and after two weeks there is nothing happening, the eggs were not good and you can take away them. If babies come you begin to hear their very quiet beeping noises that get louder every day.
