On discovering (possibly 3 years late!) that it is possible using the Apple mouse pad and the three finger swipe motion, to go 'back' and 'forward' in your web browser, I was asked to make a video to explain. This is that video. I was using Google Chrome however, I am unsure if this method works in other browsers.
Swipe three fingers - to the LEFT - to go 'BACK' in any specific web browser window, as far as it's 'history' will allow.
Do the opposite....
Swipe three fingers - to the RIGHT - to go 'FORWARD' in any specific web browser window, as far as it's 'history' will allow.
dude this is simple ... now figure how to do the three finger swipe UP ... that allows you to automatically scroll all the way to the top... like firefox
