About Celsius, she is a hard boss, I had to stagger her to death, or I would have my partners dead. She is sexy, btw. lol

LOL I was leveling up my characters before this in fear that she would be absolutely impossible. XD. I could have beaten it a long time ago. I got Ruca to level 42 Kannono to level 54 Me to level 48 (I switched over to a ninja and am at lv 29) and Annie isn't available until u do the quest :/ I should have just charged in lol. I guess I'll go ahead and get my ninja to level 45 anyways though :/

I spammed Rising Phoenix and Tempest using Ruca. I had to stagger her as many times as possible.

So it would have been SO much easier if you fought her with allies =\ I fought her alone. My tales char don't see much action so they are like, lvl 19? xD they die easy and when I reach Celsius, there hp is 1 and they died instantly =\ So I fought her 1 on 1 D: Damn it's hard D:
