Horton is an elephant splashing in the pool one day when he hears a person calling for help. The sound is coming from a small dust speck. The inhabitants of that tiny planet, the planet of Who, then ask Horton to save them. "A person's a person, no matter how small," says Horton as he decides to save the Whos. But the other jungle citizens don't believe him. Jane the Sour Kangaroo and the Wickersham brothers are Horton's main and worst tormentors, but at last, the Whos make themselves heard.

@thesagebrushkid Actually, if you'll recall from the live-action Grinch, the opening and closing implied that those Whos lived on/inside a snowflake.

No The Wickersham Brothers are just as scary and creepy in the new movie as in this cartoon. & No, The Cat In The Hat is not fucking with the other Seuss Characters, he's a wonderful man. And no, they're the same who's, the Grinch movie, i don't know about it! And they did say Bastardlly, back then it was alright. idk about you guys but the newer horton movie seems like a wierd global warming warning type movie
... but at the same time it had this cartoons' moral-type thing in it to.

Okay so Whos live on a dust speck. That means all the Whos in The Grinch toons also live there on the dust speck. And in the one other cartoons The Grinch was the same hieght as The Cat in the Hat. So are all the characters in all of these toons from the same dust speck?
