  • @BomaBoi Politicians are meant to despise and try to circumvent the constitution because all it does is limit their power so it cannot harm the people. The people, on the other hand, are meant to hold them accountable to it.

I'd say the people are failing their constitution !

  • Stossel is brilliant!

  • There is huge profit in the US War Machine. Big money gets people elected. Elected officials send your kids to war. It's a vicious cycle that will not end until the people either refuse to vote, or refuse to serve. The propaganda is strong for both, so that'll never happen.

I'm rabidly anti-war (from a spending point, moreso than anything else) but Iran and Syria are next. And it won't end well.

  • @BruceInDenver I think you meant to respond to BomaBoi, but I totally get what you are saying.

  • @edeneating Absolutely right! I'm sure you meant to say, "because all it does is limit their power so THEY cannot harm the people." What you and I must always remember is that the way they harm the people is through "good intentions". The most common and obvious harm comes from the mob being swayed into supporting a well intentioned scheme that has not been well thought out and is usually not founded on Constitutional principles. Those always seem to have unintened consequences that are bad.

  • Limit all U.S. politicians to two terms:

One in office. One in prison.

  • I love his NES coverage fro 1988! -3

  • "I see one SHEEP!"

  • tom cruise with a mustache?

  • There will be a term used for the next several generations that lovers of freedom will use to describe themselves. I am a "Ron Paul Republican". And others will know exactly where you stand on issues. God Bless Ron Paul!
