MARS BAR CHEESECAKE: NO BAKE

This deliciously decadent dessert is a must try. It's creamy, sweet and absolutely devine.

Ingredients:
Base:
250g of biscuits (I used chocolate ripples and scotch fingers)
80g of butter

Cheesecake filling:
500g of cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup of caster sugar
300ml of thickened cream
1 1/2 teaspoons of gelatine (mixed into 1/4 cup of hot water)
6 mini mars bars (or 2 normal sized bars)

Chocolate sauce:
1/2 cup of choc chips
2 tablespoons of cream

Caramel sauce:
2 tablespoons of cream
30g of butter
2 tablespoons of brown sugar

(These ingredients should be enough to make 2 or 3 layers, depending on what you want)
