Denver clearly has some sort of emotional detachment. How is he able to ignore the abject loneliness and isolation that comes with being the last of his species? How does Denver get out of bed every morning knowing that there is no one else remotely like him, and that when he dies, so does his entire lineage?

Clearly, Denver is on the Zoloft.
