  • Hi Michelle

When I raised my right leg a bit up I felt pain in the si joint but maybe I raised it too much away because later I didnt feel the pain

  • @angelsever Hi, yes if you raise the top leg too high if you have dysfunction in your uppermost SIJ it can cause symptoms-best to keep the exercise within pain free limits always Michelle

  • does the bridge also strengthen the kegel muscle?

  • @goddessieasha Hi there, no bridge won't streengthen you pelvic floor muscles. Only kegel exercises will do that unfortunately Michelle

  • this is really helpful thanks

  • THANK you Michelle for posting this. I am 2 years post child birth and I'm still having pelvic problems! 5 Months into the pregnancy I was on crutches and then a wheelchair. After labour (awful forceps delivery and PPH) I will do your exercises and hope it helps! I'm desperate! Thanks x
