YES, why have pedestrain crossings. these stupid drivers are the same, all over China. they are told to pay attention to the lights, not whats painted on the road. how stupid is that.
where are the flashing orange lights, one at each side of the crossings.
The Government and police do nothing to stop this.
motor cars,motor bikes. buses,trucks. and thee wheelers. you will very often see them driving with no lights. APPARENTLY, it is to save fuel.
and cruise in nuetral gear down hill.
